What We Offer

Assistance with Daily Living

We support you with daily tasks, personal care and skills that make life easier.

Comfort & Independence

We support you to live well in your own space, with respect and choice at the centre of everything we do. We can help you with:

  • Daily tasks
    • cooking, cleaning, laundry, organising and home routines.
  • Personal care
    • showering, dressing, grooming, medication prompts and self-care.
  • Healthy living
    • meal preparation, nutrition support and gentle movement.
  • Planning
    • appointments, schedules, paperwork and home management.
  • Budgeting
    • learning money skills, weekly budgeting, paying bills and understanding spending with confidence.
  • Safety at home
    • mobility support, equipment use and confidence at home.

Choice of Support

You can choose the type of support that feels right for you:

  • One-on-one support
    • personalised help with your own support worker, focusing on your needs, routines and goals.
  • Flexible support times
    • morning, afternoon or evening — whatever suits your life best.

We help you get there and feel confident! Your dedicated In-Home Support worker can provide the necessary one-on-one assistance to improve your daily living skills and build independence.

Both options are friendly, safe and respectful — you stay in control.

Whether you need a little help regularly or more support each day, we’ll be right there beside you, cheering you on every step of the way.

Social Skill Building

Sometimes, building social confidence starts at home. Your support worker can help you develop the skills you need to be comfortable in a group setting by focusing on:

  • Communication practice
    • role-playing conversations and practicing social skills in a safe environment.
  • Hosting skills
    • learning how to prepare for and welcome visitors into your home.
  • Preparation
    • assistance with organising transport, preparing items to take to a club, or setting a weekly schedule to ensure you don't miss out.

This support covers everything from getting ready and travelling to the venue, to providing encouragement and support while you're there. We ensure you feel comfortable, safe, and supported as you build your community connections.

Need To Know

Frequently asked questions, answered.

We know starting a new support service can bring lots of questions.

We offer flexible assistance with all aspects of daily living and personal care. This includes household tasks like cooking, cleaning, laundry, and organising, as well as personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication prompts. We are here to support your everyday routines so you can live confidently and independently in your own space.
Yes! Choice and control are central to our service. We work hard to match you with a support worker whose personality, skills, and approach align with your needs and goals. We want you to feel comfortable and confident with the person coming into your home.
Our support is designed to fit your life. We offer flexible support times throughout the day—morning, afternoon, or evening—including weekends. We aim to work around your personal schedule, appointments, and routines to ensure you receive support when you need it most.
In-Home Support is typically funded under the Core Support section of your NDIS plan, specifically using the budget for Assistance with Daily Living. Just let our team know if you are self-managed or plan managed, and we will handle the paperwork and payments to make the process easy for you.
Absolutely. While the core focus is your home, your support worker can also assist with related activities, such as accompanying you to local appointments, shopping for groceries, or collecting prescriptions. They can also provide one-on-one support if you wish to attend a social club or community event.
We understand that life is dynamic. Our support plans are reviewed regularly and are fully flexible. If your goals change, you require more or less assistance, or you want to try new activities, we can quickly adjust your support plan to ensure it continues to meet your evolving needs.
