Need To Know

Frequently asked questions, answered.

We know starting a new support service can bring lots of questions.

It's easy! We start with a friendly chat to find out what you're interested in, what you're good at, and which role in hospitality you'd like to try. We then match your goals to a role that is a great fit for your skills, skipping the confusing public application process.
The support you receive while working (like on-the-job training and mentoring) is funded under the Capacity Building section of your NDIS plan. This budget is specifically for helping you increase your independence and reach your career goals. We will help you understand how this funding is used to support your employment.
Yes, absolutely! Your support is built directly into the job. We provide on-the-job training and support from our dedicated team. They are there to help you learn the steps for making coffee, preparing food, assisting customers, and making sure you feel confident and comfortable throughout your shift.
Yes, you do! You are a valued employee of our partner business and receive a fair and legal wage for all the hours you work. This is real employment where you earn your own money. The NDIS funding covers the cost of the one-on-one support you receive while you work, not your actual wages.
That’s completely fine! Our supported employment is designed to be a great starting point. We provide simple, clear training for all roles. We start you slowly and move at your pace until you feel confident in your new job.
Yes, we are very flexible! We will work with you to set a schedule, whether it’s just a few hours a week or several days. The goal is a work schedule that works for you and helps you balance your job with the rest of your life.
