Need To Know

Frequently Asked Questions

We're always happy to answer any questions you may have!

Are you an NDIS-registered provider?

No, we are a non-registered NDIS provider. We support self-managed and plan-managed participants and follow strict, strong, safety and quality standards.

Can I use your services if my plan is agency-managed?

Not at this stage. Non-registered providers can only support self-managed and plan-managed participants.

What supports do you provide?

We offer community access, personal care, domestic support, life skills, capacity building programs, social support, employment supports (non-clinical), and more. If you're unsure what fits your plan, we can help explain everything.

Can a non-registered support worker provide Capacity Building supports?

Yes — for self-managed and plan-managed participants. Only clinical therapies require registered, qualified professionals. General skill development, daily living skills and community engagement can be provided by trained support workers.

Do support workers need qualifications?

No formal qualification is required for general support work, but all workers must have screening checks, training, and experience. Therapeutic supports (like OT or psychology) must be delivered by qualified clinicians.

How do I pay for your services?

self-managed participants receive invoices directly. Plan-managed participants have invoices sent to their plan manager. No upfront costs unless privately funded.

What are your prices?

We follow the current NDIS Price Guide and stay within NDIS limits. All pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.

Can I choose my support workers?

Yes! You have full choice and control. You can meet workers first and decide who suits your needs best.

Do you offer flexible hours?

Yes, we offer supports across days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. NDIS pricing applies for each time period.

Can I change my support worker or cancel a service?

Yes. You can request a change anytime. Cancellations follow NDIS short-notice rules, but we always try to be flexible and understanding.

How do you keep participants safe?

All workers complete NDIS Worker Screening, Police Checks, WWCC (if required), and ongoing training. We also follow strict policies, incident reporting, and safety procedures.
